The Elica NT-SW-GL-EVO-RA NikolaTesla Switch Glow Raw is an advanced 80cm induction venting hob that seamlessly combines high-performance cooking with powerful integrated extraction. Finished in striking matt black glass, the surface is designed to be anti-fingerprint and highly scratch-resistant, delivering a refined aesthetic that is both durable and practical for everyday use.

The hob features four induction cooking zones, each delivering up to 3 kW of power for fast and precise heat control. Two bridge zones allow adjacent cooking areas to be combined, creating larger cooking surfaces ideal for oversized cookware such as griddles or oval pans while maintaining consistent heat distribution.

At the centre of the hob is an integrated extraction system that captures steam, vapours and cooking odours directly at the source. With airflow up to 620 m³/h in boost mode and suction speeds reaching 5.1 m/s, the system provides powerful ventilation while maintaining impressively low noise levels from just 34 dB(A). The appliance also achieves an excellent A++ energy efficiency rating, combining strong performance with reduced energy consumption.

Precise control is provided by intuitive direct slider touch controls with nine power levels plus booster for both cooking and extraction. The hob also includes a useful warming mode, designed for gentle heating tasks such as warming milk, broths or sauces, preparing delicate dishes like custards, or keeping food warm without overheating.

The intelligent Airmatic NikolaTesla function automatically adjusts the extraction power based on the amount and type of cooking fumes detected. Once cooking is complete, the system gradually reduces power to remove any remaining odours or humidity while optimising energy consumption.

The extraction system uses advanced Long Life Filter++ technology, combining grease, odour and moisture filtration in high-performance regenerable filters. These filters can last between three and five years, significantly reducing maintenance and environmental impact compared with conventional filters.

Designed for convenience and everyday usability, the hob also includes features such as Stop&Go, Recall, timer, child lock, delay switch off and a maintenance alarm to help keep the appliance running efficiently.
