The Elica NT-ONE-EVO is an innovative 80cm induction venting hob that seamlessly combines powerful cooking performance with integrated extraction. Finished in sleek black glass, this elegant appliance brings together advanced technology and contemporary design, delivering efficient ventilation and precision cooking in one space-saving solution.

The hob features four induction cooking zones, including a bridge zone that allows you to combine two zones into a larger cooking area. This is ideal for larger cookware such as griddles or oval pans, ensuring consistent heat distribution and reliable cooking performance across the entire surface.

Integrated into the centre of the hob is a powerful yet discreet extraction system that captures steam, vapours and odours directly at the source. With airflow up to 620 m³/h in boost mode and suction speeds of up to 5.1 m/s, the system provides effective ventilation while maintaining low noise levels from 35 dB(A). The hood achieves an excellent A++ energy efficiency rating, delivering strong performance while keeping energy consumption low.

The intuitive slider touch controls provide precise adjustment with nine power levels plus booster for both cooking and extraction. The hob also includes helpful functions such as a warming mode, which gently maintains temperature for delicate preparations like sauces, milk or custards without overheating.

The intelligent Autocapture function automatically adjusts the extraction power according to the cooking activity, ensuring optimal air quality while reducing unnecessary energy use.

The extraction system uses advanced Long Life Filter++ technology, combining grease, odour and moisture filtration in high-performance regenerable filters. These filters can last between three and five years, reducing maintenance and environmental impact compared with standard filters.

Designed with practicality in mind, the NT-ONE-EVO also includes a spill collection valve for draining liquids that may enter the extraction area. The filters are easy to remove and maintain, while the appliance also provides features such as a timer, child lock, maintenance alarm and delay switch off for added convenience.
