AEG 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Promotion

These terms and conditions apply to the AEG 90-day Satisfaction Guarantee promotion provided by Electrolux plc (“Electrolux”) on selected products listed in the Appendix (“Eligible Products”). If you are not satisfied with your Eligible Product for any reason other than a fault, you may request a collection and refund directly from Electrolux in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any of your statutory rights, your contract with the retailer, or your rights in relation to a faulty appliance.

Key Terms

  • This promotion is available to end-consumers in mainland UK only, excluding postcodes BT, JE, GY, IM, ZE and HS.
  • The Eligible Product must be purchased between 1 April 2026 and 31 March 2027 inclusive.
  • Claims must be made within 90 days from the date of delivery shown on the delivery confirmation documentation.
  • For online purchases, the 90-day claim period begins after the expiry of the statutory 14-day cooling off period.
  • For issues within the 14-day cooling off period or the first 30 days of ownership, consumers must contact their retailer.
  • The claimant must be the original purchaser of the Eligible Product.
  • Only one claim is permitted per household.
  • This promotion only applies where the consumer is dissatisfied with the appliance for reasons unrelated to a fault.
  • If the appliance is faulty, the consumer should either follow the retailer’s standard returns route or make a claim under the manufacturer’s warranty.

How to Make a Claim

  • To make a claim, visit https://www.aeg.co.uk/local/90-day-satisfaction-guarantee/.
  • You must provide your name, address and email address.
  • You must also provide acceptable proof of purchase, proof of delivery documentation, and a current photograph of the appliance showing its condition.
  • If any information is missing or incorrect, Electrolux will contact you by email and you will have 7 days to provide the required information before the claim is considered void.

Collections and Refunds

  • If a valid claim is approved, Electrolux will arrange collection of the Eligible Product and issue a refund for the purchase price of the appliance directly to the customer.
  • Collections will be arranged with a suitable local carrier and may take up to 10 days, or longer in some areas.
  • The Eligible Product must be uninstalled by the claimant before collection.
  • The product must be in an undamaged condition, with no wear and tear beyond normal and proper use.
  • All accessories supplied with the appliance must also be returned at the same time.
  • Only the actual purchase price paid will be refunded, including any discounts or promotional pricing applied at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery, installation and removal costs will not be refunded unless required by applicable consumer law.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • After collection, Electrolux will inspect the appliance for any damage or misuse, which may delay the refund.

 

Final Provisions

  • Electrolux reserves the right to verify all claims, including inspection of the product upon collection.
  • Electrolux may reject incomplete or illegible claims, or claims that do not meet these terms and conditions.
  • Electrolux reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice, provided this does not affect valid claims already submitted.
  • These terms and conditions do not limit or exclude any consumer rights available under applicable law.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may bring claims in the courts of their country of residence where required by applicable consumer protection law.

How the 90-Day Guarantee Works

If you purchase one of the eligible AEG models during the promotional period and decide the appliance is not right for you, Electrolux may arrange a collection and refund, provided the claim meets the promotion terms.

Please note:

  • The appliance must not be faulty for this promotion to apply.
  • The product must be uninstalled before collection.
  • The appliance must be returned in good condition with all supplied accessories.
  • Only one claim per household is allowed.
  • Refunds cover the purchase price paid only.
