How to Claim
- Purchase a selected Hotpoint appliance from a participating retailer between 5th May 2026 and 12th June 2026.
- Register your appliance at hotpoint.partners.domesticandgeneral.com/register/appliance-details.
- Wait at least 30 days from your purchase date.
- Visit hotpoint.co.uk/promo and complete your cashback claim before 26th July 2026.
You will need your proof of purchase, appliance serial number and bank details to complete your claim.
Promotion Details
Promoter: Hotpoint UK Appliances Limited, Morley Way, Peterborough, PE2 9JB.
The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over excluding employees and immediate families of the Promoter, participating retailers, agents and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
Cashback values available are £75, £100 or £300 depending on the selected appliance purchased.
Retain your receipt as proof of purchase. The receipt must clearly show the retailer, appliance purchased and purchase date.
Warranty registration is necessary. Internet access and an email address are required.
Important Information
Purchases of graded, seconds, replacement and imperfect products are excluded from this promotion.
A maximum of one cashback claim is permitted per Hotpoint appliance purchase.
Cashback will be paid via bank transfer within 28 days of successful claim validation.
If the appliance is returned after cashback has been paid, the cashback amount must be reimbursed to the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the terms and conditions of the promotion.
